02. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices, and availability accurately. Minor differences may occur because of screen settings, lighting, materials, manufacturing tolerances, or reasonable product variation.

03. Order Submission & Acceptance

An order confirmation means the request was received; it does not necessarily mean payment verification, inventory review, fraud checks, or fulfillment checks are complete.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, material pricing errors, legal restrictions, or inability to fulfill. Amounts already collected for a canceled order will be refunded as applicable.

04. Prices, Taxes & Payment

Checkout displays applicable prices, payment methods, shipping charges, taxes where applicable, discounts, and the final total. By submitting payment details, you confirm authorization to use the selected method.

05. Processing & Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days, or up to 5 business days during unusually busy periods. Standard transit to supported U.S. destinations is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch. Charges appear at checkout.

06. Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. After an approved return is received, inspected, and approved, we initiate the eligible refund within 5–10 business days.

07. Product or Fulfillment Problems

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, contact us promptly. After confirmation, we will provide an appropriate solution without additional cost for an error attributable to us.

08. Order Changes & Cancellations

Send requests as soon as possible. Assistance cannot be guaranteed after processing or fulfillment begins. No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.

09. Promotional Offers

Discounts and promotions may be subject to eligibility, expiration, minimum purchase, exclusions, usage limits, or other stated conditions.

10. Appropriate Product Use

Toilet-cleaning products must be used lawfully and according to product information, specifications, care guidance, safety notices, and instructions. Keep cleaning tools and disposable components away from children, and dispose of single-use heads as directed where applicable.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from a purchase, transaction, or use of the store.

Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.

12. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on helvarafy.com. Unless law requires otherwise, the version in effect when an order is submitted generally applies to that transaction.
